Please allow me to introduce myself … I’m Patsy Bowers, Associate Broker with KEY Partners Realty.   

Currently I hold a CRS Designation (Credited Residential Specialist).

Originally from Shamokin, PA (Home of the famous “Coney Island” Restaurant-great Chili Dogs & Burgers) … I moved to Berwick, PA in 1971 and currently reside there.   I am the proud Mother of 2 Beautiful & Successful Daughters (Kelley & Kierstie) and “Grammee” to 1 Very Special Grand Daughter (Vayleigh).

To me Family is Everything.

I’ve had my Real Estate License since 1998.  What started out as something I did part-time … turned into a most rewarding and satisfying career.   I’m very happy doing what I do.  One of the best things about being a Realtor is to see a Buyer move into their “New Home” and experience the joy and pride of Home Ownership!   Helping my Buyers achieve their dreams is very special to me … as they are.   And just as with Buyers … helping Sellers move on to their “New Adventure” can be an emotional time … seeing them through it is very gratifying … knowing you helped them make the right decision.

Being involved in my community is very important to me.  I believe in giving back.  Currently I’m on the Board of Beyond Violence (the Berwick Womens’ Shelter), Lector at St. Joseph Church and Secretary of St. Josephs’ Ladies Counsel.

I grew up in Bloomsburg and have lived here my whole life.  I attended Bloomsburg High School and Bloomsburg University.

I also thoroughly enjoyed raising my 3 daughters in Bloomsburg.  I was involved and supportive of all of their activities while they also attended Bloomsburg High School.

I love people, therefore in my spare time you will be able to find me out and about in the community with family and friends.  I enjoy live music and dancing, BTE plays, going to the movies, attending musical concerts, reading and traveling.  I love spending time with my daughters and their growing families.  Although, my 6 wonderful grandchildren are not in the area, I enjoy visiting and spending time with them as much as possible.  

I have been a business woman all of my life. I started out owning/managing a small family owned restaurant for many years before entering a marketing/communications position with the American Red Cross Biomedical Services.  I also have enjoyed working as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the Pediatric department of GMC, Danville.

I obtained my real estate license in 2014 and worked with RE/MAX EDGE where I was guided and supported to become a million dollar producer while growing with passing each year.  I found my real estate home member of the Key Partners Realty, where I continue to grow professionally to gain even more knowledge and expertise as a real estate professional.

I enjoy supporting sellers as they make their decision to sell their home and move onto new dreams of their own.  I also enjoy working with buyers and helping them reach their dreams of owning a new home.  On the buyer side I especially like working with first time buyers, where I can help teach, guide, and support them through the transaction process from start to finish. 

While providing my clients the knowledge and support that they need through the processes, I am very patient, friendly and personable all while being persistent and diligent in getting things done efficiently and successfully.  My clients can expect honesty, integrity and fairness from me at all times.

Key Partners recently welcomed Brian Mann to their team.  Brian joins Key Partners after serving his community for the last 28 years in healthcare leadership.  In his most recent role, he served as Chief Executive Officer at Geisinger Encompass Health Rehab Hospital in Danville, PA.  Throughout his 28-year career he has built a reputation for exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and an unwavering commitment to personable service.  He built trust with his clients, colleagues, and communities with clear communication, problem solving, and personal service.  Today he brings that same level of professionalism and dedication to his real estate clients as a licensed realtor.  Whether helping first time home buyers, seasoned investors, or families preparing to sell or buy, Brian is committed to delivering a seamless, personalized real estate experience built on integrity, trust, and exceptional service.

A lifelong career in real estate: I joined my father’s real estate company in 1971 as a real estate salesperson and attained the status of an associate broker in 1975. Upon my father’s retirement in 1984, I became the owner/broker of one of the area’s leading real estate companies. In 1999, I released myself of the broker/owner responsibilities and once again became an associate broker. I have become experienced in all aspects of the real estate business. I now take pride in specializing as a listing agent in residential, commercial and industrial real estate.

My real estate career also has provided me the opportunity to become a Pennsylvania State Board Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. With almost 40 years of appraisal experience, I have the knowledge and background to assist you in the pricing and marketing of your residential, commercial or industrial property.

My strong real estate and appraisal background, as well as being a native to the area, enables me to provide you with a positive and rewarding real estate experience.

I am a member of the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers, the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR) and the Central Susquehanna Valley Board of Realtors (CSVBR).

I enjoy various types of outdoor recreation including fishing, hunting, horseback riding, skiing, golf and my Harley Davidson. I have two grown daughters, a grandson and granddaughter.

I am proud to be associated with one of the area’s newest real estate company, providing service to Columbia, Montour and Lower Luzerne Counties.
